Job Description

Senior Java Developer will develop, test, & review code as per development standards and best practices for web development.
• 10+ years of Java experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot and JPA/Hibernate with application architecture
• Experience in designing Microservices and RESTful APIs
• Experience with Agile development, Atlassian products and CI/CD
• Experience with RDBMS like Oracle, PostgreSQL, Sybase and MS SQL Server
Desired/Nice to Have Skills:
• Angular with UX-driven design experience
• Experience with AWS Services (i.e. EC2, Container service, Lambda, S3, API Gateway etc.)
• Experience with Tomcat, DevOps is a plus
• Desired experience in electric utility industry or energy industry
• NoSQL experience preferred (especially Cassandra)
• Kafka knowledge is a plus
• Some Python is also a plus
• Maven/Gradle
