Rate       :               $65/hr

The client has no one for this now, it’s a position that has re-opened because a candidate had accepted the position and then took another contract.  The client needs a strong .Net developer with strong C# ASP.net, Web Forms, Web Services, Web API, MVC and SQL experience.  Certifications are a big +.  Must have experience with long-term projects, not large numbers of short projects. 

 

Job Responsibilities

This role will support the Programming Services by designing, developing and testing web applications using Microsoft C#.Net.               

Job Functions & Responsibilities                               

•                     Develop applications and reports based on application requirements documentation.

•                     Thoroughly test applications and reports for both general error conditions and proper implementation of business logic.

•                     Create project closure and support documentation for all developed software.

 

 

Job Requirement

•                     8+ year’s technical .Net experience.

•                     Visual Studio 2013 .Net Framework 4.5 is required.

•                     Must have strong experience with C#, ASP.Net Web Forms and Web Services

•                     Team Foundation Server for both source control and software development methodologies is required.’

•                     Experience with MVC is a must

•                     Experience with ASP.Net Web API is required

•                     Experience writing T-SQL stored procedures for SQL Server and Oracle Databases is required.

•                     Should have Solid experience with XML/XSLT.

•                     Experience with Dev Express, ASP.Net controls is preferred but not required.

•                     Experience in Internet, Intranet, and 2-tier / 3-tier client/server applications is a must.

•                     Work with project manager, IT analysts, and occasionally with business users to manage requirements.

•                     Must have the ability to work independently within a small team and follow through on tasks.

•                     Must prepare guidelines and checklist for development and testing activities.

•                     Must have the ability to independently troubleshoot and research challenging problems.

•                     Experience in Java script, Ajax, HTML and similar programming tools is required.
