The Personality
Reliable self-starter capable of remaining focused on a project for two week sprints
Someone who can manage their own time. We will assign you a project and you have to be able to complete it full circle, leveraging our resources to get obstacles out of your way.
Flexibility as a personal trait. There may be periods where we have to jump into other projects that take precedence and we need them done sooner.
Effective communicator. Our ideas flow fast and often. You need to be able to communication your thoughts in a way that we can translate them back to the end users for requirements gathering and feedback.
The Technical Part
Functions as a member of an agile team that drives user story analysis
Develops on Salesforce.com APEX language as well as other languages (PHP/MySQL/Javascript)
Performing hands on software development and testing
User case testing and requirements gathering with all related stakeholders to assist Global IT admin
Experience architecting software on the Salesforce.com ecosystem and translating that to outside applications
Experience with Salesforce.com development tools and techniques including: APEX, Force.com custom development, triggers, controllers, Force.com SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, outbound messaging and creating Visual Force Pages
Be ready to discuss prior
