JOB DESCRIPTION:
Qualifications Experience & Education
· Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT Requirements/ Business/System Analyst role
· Minimum of 2-3 years’ hands-on experience with Infor-EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), and/or one of the Bentley product tools (InspectTech, Optram, and APM)
· Minimum of 2-3 years’ working knowledge in Railroad and/or Bus operation
· Detailed understanding of, and experience with, all ITIL processes
· Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment
· Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; a self-starter
· Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
· Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint version 2010 and higher
· Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for flow charts/process flows version 2003 and higher
