Position Summary
Client is seeking a seasoned SAP MDG Consultant to lead and support Master Data Governance initiatives within the S/4HANA landscape. The role involves hands-on configuration, process standardization, and collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure high-quality master data across domains such as Material, Customer, Vendor, and Finance
Key Responsibilities
• Lead SAP MDG solution design and implementation for master data domains (Material, Customer, Vendor, Finance)
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configuration tasks.
• Configure MDG components including Data Models, UI, BRFs+, and Workflow enhancements
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and workflow analyses to gather requirements.
• Support Show & Tell sessions, data preparation, initial loads, and defect resolution
• Prepare and execute test scenarios (UT, SIT), support UAT, and resolve defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align E2E data governance processes.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous process improvements
• Create training materials and assist with user training and adoption.
• Participate in go-live and post-go-live support activities.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 6–8 years of hands-on SAP MDG experience, including ECC and S/4HANA
• At least one full-cycle S/4HANA MDG implementation.
• Strong understanding of SAP MDG architecture and integration points.
• Experience with SAP NetWeaver, BRFs+, and ABAP debugging is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
