The Developer / Product Support role consists of monitoring application alerts, escalating production issues, maintaining issue logs and providing operational support to production applications. The role will also coordinate with development teams, analyze root cause, analyze complex SQL queries and large data sets.
Requirement:
1. 6-8+ years IT development experience; previous experience in production/application support roles.
2. Strong in writing and analyzing complex SQL scripts
3. Strong experience in Java - J2EE
4. Able to understand and manage automated Jenkin build configuration based deployment
5. Strong experience on Windows OS & satisfactory experience on Unix
6. Previous experience in insurance, reinsurance, or financial industry.
