SCOPE
Requirements Gathering, Test Plans, Defect Tracking, Release Planning, Approving Requirements for Release.
ServiceNow ITBM – Agile Management 2.0 – Enable the use of Agile Management for handling
Stories and Sprints to be related to Releases. This includes Defect Tracking and Sprint/Story
Lifecycle.
