Location: Nashville, TN (can work remotely till this year end)

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

•        Must have 8-9 years of experience with exposure to project Management

•        Perform requirements gathering and process mapping of processes

•        Minimum 5+ years of experience as BA in ServiceNow projects

•        Perform design or redesign of business processes to improve operational efficiency

•        Develop and maintain up-to-date technical and administration documentation

•        Analyze, implement, and update processes to ensure client goals are met

•        Manage multiple projects or initiatives at one time

•        Facilitate or attend meetings with stakeholders, ensuring requirements and associated

·         workflows meet the business needs, are technically sound and are easy to use

•        Perform validation testing of new workflows prior to releasing to the customer

•        Support functional testing and user acceptance

•        ServiceNow Project management

•        Stake holders management

•        Active learner

•        End to end testing of enhancements/functional testing

•        Good communication skills

•        Understanding of ServiceNow limitations

 

Qualifications:

•        Rich experience in implementing all ServiceNow modules – ITSM, ITOM and HRSM

•        Minimum of four  years’ experience working with workflow design and business process

•        analysis

•        Strong proficiency in ServiceNow – administrator experience preferred

•        Proven ability to effectively liaison between technical and business resources

•        Proactive problem solver and active learner, who is eager to learn and contribute

•        Self-starter who can run with a project after determining basic requirements
