V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a ColdFusion Web Developer for our premier client in Houston, TX. This is a 5-month contract position in the IT services industry.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities »
- Assist customers in upgrading existing ColdFusion web applications to a newer version, and troubleshoot issues that arise during the migration
- Assist in expanding, maintaining and supporting our client’s website
- Involved in the planning/architecting of new development projects
- Script new application functionalities in ColdFusion, JavaScript and AngularJS
- Refactor existing site features for improved performance and/or scalability
- Debug, improve and test ColdFusion and JavaScript code
- Write/optimize SQL queries for improved database performance
- Interact/support users with complex problems experienced on site
