Location: Philadelphia, PA

Type: long term contract

Rate: 55/hr.

Position summary:

 

Oracle or any ETL Developer with GOOD SQL knowledge Core skills for success: AWS Services Oracle Spark Lavastorm

 

The resource has to have knowledge on Data warehousing, Any ETL tool, Oracle, Unix Scripting and reporting tools.
• Maintain and support E2E application, handle request from business team and co-ordinate with support teams.
• Familiar with ITIL V4 processes, CM, Incident Management and triaging.
• Document systems configurations for each environment, maintain documentation as infrastructure, hardware, and/or applications evolve.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the applications and provide root cause analysis.
• Support Alert management, Outage management, Environment management, Problem management and New System Setup and Coordination.
• Renewal of certificates on the Web and reporting layers.
• Participate in Security Treat model and address the vulnerabilites in the supported servers.
• Document new process and perform Proof of concept on the new cloud initatives.
• Jira Ticket monitoring and support - ad doc requests for data extracts, reports, data analysis
• Plan and Co-ordinate oracle upgrades and OS upgrades with the shared support team and business.
• Lead the upgrade and configurations from planning to completeness and demo to business team.
• Assist in the resolution of all incident tickets and monitoring alerts to ensure maximum application efficiency and availability
• Assist in the planning and execution for all new application implementations.
• Code migration and post deployment validation.
• Biweekly connect with the business and appraise on the last sprint tasks.
**ONSITE** must report into Philly office
