We are looking for QA Test Lead with one of our client.

 

Location:             Columbus, OH

Duration:             12+ Months

 

Testing/QA Lead - Columbus, OH

Required Skills and Experience:

• Capable of planning and managing test phases for medium/large-sized and complex projects
• Experience leading and managing test cycles for System Testing, Integration testing, User Acceptance Testing, Performance Testing, Regression Testing, and Infrastructure Testing
• Hand On experience authoring various testing documentation, including test plans, cases, scripts, use cases, traceability matrices.
• Experience establishing testing metrics and tracking to the defined metrics.
• Prior Experience Leading a QA Team of 5-8+ Resources
• Experience coordinating the efforts of distributed QA Resources
• Strong technical knowledge with a good understanding of software development principles (e.g., object-oriented programming), QA Framework/Basic Test Methodology and project lifecycles (e.g., SDLC)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to explain system issues clearly and concisely and establish effective working relationships
• High motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Quality Management Software and related processes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or related area
