Duration: 9 months
Location: Remote
Skills (EXPERT/ADVANCED):
Cloud Benefit knowledge
Cloud Benefits - Implementation of US benefit program/plans, documentation, FFs, integration experience
Consulting skills - Ability to work with client teams, communicate efficiently, ability to represent best practices and facilitate meetings
Testing phases - Ability to guide client through phases of testing
Experience with benefit vendor interfaces and data conversions. - Ability to work with technical team for functional specifications for vendor files. and experience with Hdl and spreadsheet loads.
Cloud Compensation - Consulting and Implementation
Questions (must be YES to ALL – please have consultant answer on which project they did this – must be CLOUD, not EBS):
Have you done at least 3 cloud benefit implementations?
Have you supported a cloud benefits enrollment before?
Description:
Will support client through annual open enrollment and manage life events. We need someone with Cloud Benefits knowledge. THIS IS A FUNCTIONAL LEAD
Deliverables:
Configuration workbooks, knowledge transfer documentation
Acceptance:
Ability to start quickly. And have US benefits knowledge of processes and plans.
