Technical/Functional Skills :-
Necessary Skills (Must Have):Knowledge of Global Template development & deployment necessary. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Ax – General Ledger, Bank, Fixed Asset, AR, AP, Consolidation, Workflow is must
Added Knowledge of Minority Interest, of International Countries GAAP, Localization will be added advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 RTM/R2/R3
Functional Skills:-
Core Finance (Accounting & MIS)
IFRS, US GAAP & other countries GAAP
Product Costing & manufacturing / production costing (Process Industry)
Chart of Account Structure for multi-Company, Multiple Divisional, multi-geography
Consolidation
Banks Reconciliation
Additional Skill: Understanding of Scope of Work & Change Request management is required
Required Skills :- Daily Responsibilities
Understanding of Finance process& it linking to different modules of Ax. Configuration of different profiles & it effects on General Ledger, Able to independently provide functional support on issues related to L2 and L3 tickets raised across Microsoft Dynamics application, Able to perform root cause analysis and impact analysis, Require strong analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated initiative and flexibility to meet deadlines and end user expectations,
Demo to the Customer & discussion on complex problems. Preparation of BRD, FRD, FDD, Preparation of Test Scenario & Test Cases, Preparation of Fit – Gap Analysis, Testing of Processes & Customizations
Experience on MS Dynamics AX application Support and maintenance.
Generic Managerial Skills :-
Communications with International Clients, Handling of Team of Functional Finance Consultants.
