Role: Workday Consultant – Core HR & Security

Location: Foster City, CA

Duration: 6 Months

 

Required Skill:

• 7 years of relevant experience with an emphasis in HR Information Systems, information technology or HR.
• Requires strong analytical and technical skills with a good understanding and working knowledge of Human Resources operations
• Must be able to exercise judgment and independently determine and take appropriate action within defined HR policies and procedures
• Works under general direction from immediate manager. Workday Core HR configuration, report writer and security administration experience is a must.

Job Description:

• Partner with HRIS and IT teams to ensure that business requirements are being met by the technology
• Serve as Workday Core HR and Security consultant supporting Workday system issues and   enhancements

• Perform trouble shooting, security administration, report development and EIB loads
• Participate in system enhancements design, testing and rollout
• Subject Matter Expertise on HR Technology, processes, reports and integrations while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Liaise with internal departments and Third-Party service providers
• Strong knowledge of HR administration and HRIS.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and Excel
