Description:
Demonstrated ability to apply technical knowledge, including advanced Java programming skills, to multiple systems and support multiple business groups, specifically using the Adobe Forms (Adaptive Forms), Adobe Campaign, and/or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Demonstrated advanced ability to translate functional business requirements into complex technical solutions
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to effectively work with people in the team, other IT departments and/or outside of the enterprise
Ability to design moderate to highly complex technical solutions
Demonstrated extensive experience applying technical standards and change control policies and procedures
Demonstrated leadership ability
Three or more years of programming experience
Proficient in SQL and Relational Database Concepts and Design
Expert knowledge of a particular technology/language or unit-specific application

Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years’ experience administering the Adobe Campaign Manager platform in a large scale environment: installation, configuration, monitoring, system support and issue resolution
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and integration with Adobe Campaign Manager
Manage and monitor performance and scalability for Adobe Campaign Manager
Knowledge/experience to support the development of marketing campaigns
Experience with Linux (commands, shell scripting)
Networking services knowledge (DNS, SMTP, load balancer, firewalls)
Understanding of data security (LDAP)
Javascript and relational database experience (SQL, Schemas)
Knowledge of web services
Communication: Team player with the ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms to technical and non-technical colleagues. Assist and advise other team members on best practices.
