·         Overall IT experience 10+ years

·         5+ yrs of experience with Erwin tool

·         Crystal clear Data modeling concepts

·         5+ yrs of experience with Logical DM

·         Ability to understand the requirements (preferably Insurance domain)

·         Good understanding of Data base

·         Good in Communication
