1.) Roles:  QA/Test Automation Architect

Exp: 10+ Yrs

Location: Harrison, NY

Visa: Other than Opt’s

MOI: Telephonic+Skype

Responsibilities

  • Partner with feature developers and other SDETs to build the tools and infrastructure to ensure our production code is thoroughly tested to the highest standards.

  • Partner with development to ensure we are building testable applications.

  • Strong development background in Java and JUnit.

  • Experience with Mockito, Selenium, Docker, Jenkins, JavaScript

  • Assist feature developers in stabilizing our code, build and deployments.

  • Create and maintain libraries and object repositories for Automation Frameworks.

  • Mentor SDETs and Test Engineers to spread adoption of automation strategy and best practices throughout the team.

  • Participate in Sprint Planning meetings and prepare test strategy for each cycle.

  • Track and report test coverage metrics.

  • Organize and triage defects for developers.

  • Create or modify the test automation Java code to automate the testing.

Role: Data Analyst (Project Manager)

Location: Weehawken, NJ/NYC

Visa: Other than Opt’s

Exp: 9+ years

Skills Required:

  • Project Manager (Data Analyst) to work with central GSR team to define the requirements, shape up project framework and track IT progress against the deliverables

  • Has Implemented Big Data Solutions

  • The ideal candidate will have experience effectively coordinating large/complex software projects in the data management or data analytics space

  • The selected candidate will need to be able to have excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Additionally, the ideal candidate will have good technical skills and experience with multiple software development life cycles with an emphasis on agile methodologies

  • In this role, you will coach multiple scrum teams to effectively use agile methodology, plan development iterations and a build robust roadmap.

  • Ability to work with cross functional teams and with other business/technology groups within an organization

  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels (developers, business teams, management)

Role: Salesforce Architect

Location: Arlington, VA

Skills Required:

  • Salesforce certifications are required (Salesforce ADM, Salesforce App Builder, etc..). Certification in Marketing Cloud is highly preferred

  • Knowledge of business modeling, governance and operations

  • Salesforce experience

  • Ability to integrate Salesforce platform with other technologies

  • API and advanced architectural skills required (Non Salesforce experience a plus)

  • Sales, Service, Marketing and Community Cloud project experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Driven individual who is excited to be a team player coach and get in the weeds as needed

  • Knowledge of Force.com development best practices and design patterns

  • Ability to design solutions using Lightning and work with various web technologies: JavaScript, Ajax, JSON, HTML5, CSS, jQuery

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meeting deadlines when responding to unexpected challenges

  • Responsible for application software upgrades and migration.

  • Supporting, enhancing, migrating existing production application and developing/implementing new interfaces.

  • Must be able to identify, recommend solutions and resolve difficult problems.

  • Strong focus on documentation and development standards.

  • Identifies, structures, and delivers services that enable business processes.

  • Produce technical requirements, test and implementation plans, and project task

  • · documentation for new implementations or changes to system.

  • · Propose ways to continually improve the application environment.
