Role                  :        .Net Developer with Winforms Exp.  

Location          :        Columbus, OH

Duration         :        6+ Months

Interview       :        Phone then Face to Face  

No H1B

 

Must Have:  Winforms, .NET, C#, WCF

 

Technical

·         3-5 years of C# experience, specifically creating services, WIX installers, TFS, WCF

·         .Net programmability w/ SQL Server as a back-end. 

 

Non-technical

·         Communication, communication, communication.  Developers must be able to speak technically (to me and other developers on my team) as well as non-technically.

·         Can work individually but also work amongst a group of developers to hash out ideas, issues, etc.  Nearly every app we create is done solo but with input from the entire team.

·         Strong work ethic, works with a sense of urgency, sets stretch goals (due Friday but let’s shoot for Thursday!).

·         Can juggle multiple tasks and self-prioritize to hit approved timelines.
