Role : Mainframe Hadoop Engineer

Location : Bentonville AR

Duration of contract: 1 year

Experience: 7+ Years

Client : TCS(WWW.TCS.Com)/ Walmart

 

Qualifications:-

• 6+ years of software development in Mainframe technologies ( JCL, COBOL, VSAM, CA7 Scheduler)
•2+ years Teradata development experience
• Must have expertise in the use of SQL/HQL/NoSQL
• Good experience with Mapreduce, Hive,  Spark, Sqoop, Kafka, Presto, Impala.
• Ability to perform data related benchmarking, performance analysis and tuning
• Strong skills in In-memory applications, Database Design, Data Integration, ETL and MPP Architecture.
• Solid understanding of Data Warehousing & BI Concepts.
• Experience writing shell scripts using (ksh, bash, perl or python).
• Experience with Pivotal Greenplum , SAP Hana, , DB2 is desirable.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
