•  Design and deliver complex, comprehensive product-based business solutions at the enterprise level using customized methodology and work products
• Lead or monitor the product implementation process; ensure that the solution is sound, appropriate, and cost-justified, that components integrate properly and that we address the domains of change within the scope of the solution
• Demonstrate your expertise by providing the client with strategic product advice on deploying business productivity, system-to-system, and end-user applications
• Be a knowledge expert in emerging technologies that are new to Gainwell, our clients, and the IT field
• Stimulate high performance by managing and motivating a team of product development experts to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products to clients
• What we're looking for 
•  9+ years of Full Stack Software Development experience working with client enterprise products, services, and strategies; technical products, vendors, families of technologies; and product configurations (1+ years of health and human services domain experience is highly preferred) Experience with ASP.NET, C#, WCF, JavaScript framework, RestAPI, .NET Core, SQL Server, Cloud foundation concepts (AWS or Azure) and other Microsoft technologies (.Net framework), Kendo UI, Bootstrap. 
• Expertise in of technology architecture, the product development life cycle, cloud technologies, software as a service (SaaS) and product and platform configurations 
•  Expert at using/manipulating relational databases, event subscription-based communication, and software development skills between modules 
•  An effective leader who can supervise teams and motivate individual contributors, with strong executive presence to communicate technical ideas
