Job Description:
· Should be willing to work in US timings EST (night shift in India)
· Must have 2-5 + years US IT RECRUITER (Bench Sales/Sr. Recruiter Person for US operations).
· Must have a Huge database of the vendors and the Prime Vendors and Should have strong relations with the Prime vendors
· Ability to recruit and marketing & sales for CTC/1099/W2/Fulltime consultants from job portals/sub vendors/referrals/social networking sources
· Demonstrated ability to source and hire candidates for targeted searches, plus prior experience with behavioural interviewing techniques.
· Having Direct Contacts with the T1 Vendors or Implementation Partners and generating new relationship with new vendors.
· Must demonstrate a high degree of initiative to meet demands of a high-volume recruiting environment.
· Experience sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, internal applicants, job boards, etc.
· Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion.
· Ability to successfully work on multiple client/preferred vendor requirements/requisitions at any given time.
· Must have a proactive approach to recruiting
