Should have implemented and been part of at least 2 MDM projects where data governance was a key requirement
Should have implemented and been part of at least 2 MDM projects where multiple stakeholder management for MDM disruption was a key responsibility
Should understand all features and aspects of MDM and the change that it brings to the ecosystem – technology and business  - likewise
Should be able to draw up a plan for managing change via training and communication plans
Should be able to develop a ToM and be able to liaise with business stakeholders
Have good communication skills coupled with MDM functional knowledge
Preferable to have a MDM tool experience.
