Position: Java Production Support 

Location: O'Fallon,MO (Day1 Onsite,Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Note:- OPT & CPT Is Not Workable.

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

UNIX/SQL L2 PROD Support

• Experience in L2 prod support in Unix Command/Shell Scripting and PL/SQL
• Basic understanding of java based web applications support
• Knowledge and troubleshooting using logs, Splunk, Dynatrace ONE or any monitoring tool
• Understanding for application deployments and running/execution
• Good understanding of Work Order, Incidents, Changes, RCA & Problem Management
• Nice to have knowledge in any cloud environment
