Management Techno-Functional
Location: Remote

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Absence Management to lead and support production systems. The candidate will act as the primary resource for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the Oracle Absence Management module, ensuring smooth payroll integration and policy compliance.
Job Description:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· Experience: 12+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management (Implementation and Support).
· Techno-Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of Absence Management configuration (functional) and BIP/Fast Formula/HDL (technical).
· Specialized Knowledge: Proficient in designing and managing Accrual Plans, Eligibility Profiles, and Rate Definitions.
· Tools: Strong proficiency in SQL/PLSQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management
Key Responsibilities – Absence Management Focus:
· Production Support: Act as the primary support resource to troubleshoot, resolve, and root-cause complex functional and technical issues in the Oracle
Absence Management module.
· Configuration & Maintenance: Maintain and enhance absence plans (Accrual, Qualification, No Entitlement), types, reasons, categories, and certifications.
· Fast Formula Development: Write, update, and maintain complex Absence Fast Formulas for accruals, validation, and duration calculations.
· Technical Solutions: Develop and troubleshoot BI Publisher (BIP) reports, OTBI dashboards, and HCM Extracts for absence reporting and data analysis.
· Data Management: Utilize HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) to manage absence records, balances, and enrolments.
· Integration Support: Ensure seamless integration between Absence Management and Core HR, Payroll (e.g., ADP), and Time & Labor modules.
· Testing & Compliance: Perform unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for quarterly Oracle patches and
system enhancements.
· Documentation: Create and update functional configuration documents, technical designs, and user guides.
· Stakeholder Interaction: Liaise with HR stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements, analyse business processes, and conduct workshops.
