Loan companies

Can you guys please do something about these loan companies that take total advantage of people who are in desperate situations? How much they charge should be a fair amount. They are total crooks and it should be illegal. And I know there are rules but their good enough. I think maybe roughly 20% of the loan amount is reasonable, not 225%
