The plays the Obama-Harris White House outlined in June 2016 are the same the Biden-Harris White House could run in 2023.

What seems to be missing is vision, intent, & political will. This is the designated forum for the administration to address these issues, yet we’ve heard nothing since the administration dropped a plan over the holidays that has none of the concrete policy steps civil society asked for on FOIA — nor the ones former President Obama ordered years ago that were then abandoned. The American people deserve more.
