Do you know if USDOT has appointed a senior-level "Chief Public Engagement Officer" (CPEO) as required by the White House regulations that became effective on July 1st?

It is my understanding that each of USDOT's operating administrations (FAA, FHWA, etc.) are also considered to be "federal agencies" and, so, are also required to appoint their own senior-level CPEO.
