React JS Developer (Critical, High Priority)

Description:
UST is looking for a proficient React.js developer. Primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows
You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain.
Will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure.
Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.
Responsibilities
Developing new user-facing features using React.js
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) is mandatory
Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Work as part of a small team to build React Native iOS / Android applications for FullStack's clients.
Architect, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.
Implement pixel perfect UI's that match designs.
Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
Integrate third-party API's.
Technical Skills
Experience in developing commercial grade, responsive, cross-platform applications for multiple form factors
Hands on experience in developing Single Page Applications (SPA)
Expertise with cross browser support, caching and optimization techniques (css sprite, minify, gzip, data uri) for faster page load times
Familiarity with web stack (HTTP, WebSockets, cookies, asset loading / caching) , including protocols and web server optimization techniques
Good understanding in principles of accessibility
Expert level skills in JavaScript , HTML5 and CSS3 is a MUST
Good understanding of latest JavaScript standards such as ECMAScript 5 and 6
Hands on experience in a variety of JavaScript libraries and frameworks - React, Redux
Knowledge of NodeJS programming is a plus
Hands on experience in responsive frameworks - Bootstrap/Foundation
Good knowledge of bundle optimization techniques using widely used module bundlers such as Webpack, Rollup.
Working knowledge of DOM API, AJAX Programming with REST & GraphQL APIs
Experience in JavaScript testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Jest, Cypress etc
Experience in designing UI as independent, reusable UI components or widgets
Knowledge of commands used in modern version control systems such as GIT.
Experience in Agile Software Development and TDD
Knowledge of Agile software tools like Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket
Good understanding of Web Analytics and Dynamic tag manager tools
Nice to have Content Delivery Network (CDN) knowledge for digital assets
Soft Skills
