Position: Senior Technical Program Manager / Delivery Lead
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Visa: USC only
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager / Delivery Lead to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Smart Operations and Digital Solutions across global markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale software delivery programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving successful deployments in Agile environments.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of Technical Program Management or Enterprise Software Delivery experience.
- Strong experience leading global, cross-functional delivery teams.
- Proven expertise in Agile/SDLC methodologies and product-centric delivery.
- Experience managing software delivery from discovery through production deployment and hypercare.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
