Role - Claude Code Architect

Location - Berkeley Heights, NJ (OnSite)

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python and/or TypeScript skills.
• Deep expertise with Claude Code CLI, Anthropic API, Agent SDK, Prompt Engineering, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Hands-on experience designing and building multi-agent AI systems, agentic workflows, and LLM-powered applications.
• Strong experience with Databricks (Must Have) and Azure (Must Have).
• Experience with Snowflake, ETL/Data Engineering, SQL, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to architect AI-native data platforms and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Pharma/Life Sciences domain experience preferred, especially commercial operations, CRM, prescription data, and healthcare analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop Claude-powered multi-agent systems for pharma commercial data platforms.
• Build agentic workflows for data ingestion, transformation, analytics, reporting, and CRM integrations.
• Establish prompt engineering standards, MCP integrations, and agent governance frameworks.
• Lead technical design, mentor engineering teams, and drive AI platform strategy.
• Collaborate with product, data, and client teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

• IQVIA, Symphony Health, Veeva CRM, Salesforce Health Cloud
• HIPAA/GDPR Compliance
