Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Visa: USC only
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong Healthcare domain background to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for healthcare applications and enterprise initiatives. Experience with payer, provider, clinical, or healthcare operations is highly preferred. Similar healthcare BA roles commonly emphasize requirements gathering, workflow analysis, healthcare regulations, and collaboration with technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- 3+ years of Healthcare industry experience (Provider, Payer, Hospital, or Health Insurance).
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience creating:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- User Stories
- Use Cases
- Process Flows
- Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
