My Client is looking for a consultant for Senior Informatica Engineer position for a Long Term Contract position in North Quincy, MA.

Position - Senior Informatica Engineer
Location - North Quincy, MA
Type – Contract

Key Responsibilities

Informatica IDMC & ETL Development

• Design, develop, and support enterprise data integration solutions using Informatica IDMC.
• Build and maintain mappings, taskflows, synchronization tasks, and data pipelines.
• Implement and support on-premises to cloud and cloud-to-cloud integrations using Secure Agent.
• Perform ETL performance tuning, troubleshooting, debugging, and operational support.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of integration workflows.

Informatica MDM

• Develop and support Informatica MDM Hub workflows, batch processes, and data management solutions.
• Manage data loads into MDM landing tables and execute batch group processing.
• Support master data governance initiatives and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Troubleshoot MDM processing issues and optimize performance.

Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)

• Design, implement, and maintain data quality rules, scorecards, and validation processes.
• Monitor and improve data quality across enterprise systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, integrity, and compliance standards.

Scheduling & Automation

• Create, modify, and maintain Autosys JILs and job scheduling templates.
• Monitor ETL, replication, and batch processing jobs.
• Investigate and resolve job failures proactively.
• Automate operational processes using scripting and scheduling tools.

SQL, Shell Scripting & CI/CD

• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Work with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Amazon Redshift databases.
• Build Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation and support activities.
• Manage source code repositories and deployment pipelines using Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
• Support UAT and Production deployments through CI/CD best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Data Engineering / ETL Development experience.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (IICS).
• Strong expertise in Informatica MDM.
• Strong expertise in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
• Deep understanding of ETL architecture and data integration patterns.
• Strong SQL development skills.
• Strong Unix/Linux Shell scripting experience.
• Experience with Autosys job scheduling.
• Experience with Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
• Experience working with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Redshift databases.
• Strong production support and troubleshooting experience.
