Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA & Accessibility Test Lead to drive end-to-end quality assurance for a modernized enterprise website. This role will own functional, accessibility, performance, security, and content validation while leading pre-launch beta testing with stakeholders and real users. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in WCAG 2.2 AA compliance, accessibility testing tools, and modern QA automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a comprehensive test strategy covering functional, regression, cross-browser, responsive, and localization testing.
Lead accessibility testing aligned with WCAG 2.2 AA and Section 508 standards using screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.
Utilize tools like axe DevTools, WAVE, ANDI, and Lighthouse for accessibility validation.
Plan and manage pre-launch beta testing with diverse user groups, including users with disabilities.
Measure usability metrics such as task completion rates, accessibility compliance, and search effectiveness.
Validate end-to-end functionality of all modules, including ecommerce workflows aligned with PCI DSS compliance.
Track and manage defects, severity levels, and SLAs using tools like Jira and TestRail.
Develop and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, end-to-end, accessibility) integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
Provide detailed QA reports and insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Required Qualifications :

6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years focused on accessibility testing.
Proven experience in creating VPATs (Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates) or Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs).
Hands-on expertise with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and accessibility testing methodologies.
Strong experience with Playwright or Cypress and integration with axe-core.
Solid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508).
Preferred Qualifications


IAAP WAS (Web Accessibility Specialist) certification.
Experience conducting beta testing programs with disabled users.
Knowledge of performance and load testing tools such as k6, JMeter, or similar.
