📍 Locations: Twinsburg, OH | Tampa, FL | Sacramento, CA
🕘 Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

💼 Experience: 2–3+ Years

We're looking for a Data Centre Technician with hands-on experience in Data Centre Operations & L1 Support to join our team supporting enterprise data centre environments.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Rack & Stack of Servers, Storage & Network Devices
✅ Copper & Fibre (SM/MM) Cabling Installation & Troubleshooting
✅ Hardware Break/Fix (Servers, NICs, Memory, HDDs, SFPs)
✅ Asset Management, Inventory & Decommissioning
✅ Incident & SLA-Based Support
✅ Network Connectivity Testing & iLO/iDRAC Configuration
✅ Documentation & Change Management Compliance

Required Skills:
✔ 2–3+ years of Data Centre Operations experience
✔ Hands-on hardware installation & troubleshooting
✔ Strong knowledge of Fibre & Copper Cabling
✔ Experience with Rack & Stack and L1 Support
✔ Exposure to DCRM, DCTracks, HRS, or similar tools is a plus
✔ Willingness to work night shifts in a 24×7 environment
