Role Overview

We are looking for a Principal Consultant with strong expertise in AI/ML engineering and Large Language Model (LLM) application development. This role involves designing and implementing scalable, production-grade AI solutions, leveraging advanced machine learning techniques, and modern LLM frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in end-to-end ML lifecycle, RAG-based architectures, and cloud-native deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI/ML and LLM-based applications
• Build and deploy solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and tool-calling agents
• Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM outputs
• Design and maintain embedding pipelines and hybrid retrieval systems
• Apply advanced ML techniques such as:
• NLP (Natural Language Processing)
• Deep Learning
• Time Series Forecasting
• Propensity Modeling
• Conduct experimental design and causal inference analysis
• Develop scalable APIs using FastAPI and containerized solutions using Docker
• Work with large datasets using SQL and BigQuery
• Deploy and manage solutions on AWS and GCP
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
