We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer with a strong background in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities), Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have experience building secure, customer-facing digital platforms, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services domain.
Required Skills
  • 8+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities).
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Salesforce Experience Cloud (LWR)
    • Apex
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • SOQL
    • Salesforce Flows
    • Sales Cloud
    • Service Cloud
  • Experience developing Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) Experience Cloud sites.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Security Model:
    • Profiles
    • Permission Sets
    • Roles
    • Sharing Rules
    • Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Mandatory).
  • Experience working on customer-facing applications.
  • Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
Preferred Skills
  • Salesforce Data Cloud integration.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration.
  • OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts).
  • Salesforce AgentForce / Einstein AI.
  • MuleSoft integration.
  • Genesys Cloud integration.
  • Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance.
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud (LWR) portals for online banking applications.
  • Build custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Integrate Experience Cloud with Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, Genesys Cloud, Hogan, and other enterprise systems.
  • Configure Experience Cloud Analytics to monitor customer engagement and platform usage.
  • Implement Salesforce security using profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and OWD.
  • Collaborate with architecture and technical review teams to ensure compliance with design standards.
  • Support AgentForce integrations within Experience Cloud applications.
  • Troubleshoot Platform Events, governor limits, and high-volume data processing issues.
  • Develop unit tests with strong code coverage and participate in code reviews.
  • Support Agile development activities including sprint planning, CI/CD deployments, and production support.
