Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Python and React to join our team in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading full-stack application development, providing technical guidance to development teams, and delivering scalable, high-quality enterprise applications.

The candidate should have strong experience in both backend and frontend development, with the ability to work closely with technical teams, architects, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications.
• Develop scalable backend services and applications using Python.
• Design and develop responsive, reusable user interfaces using React.js.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in technical design and architecture discussions.
• Support application testing, deployment, and production releases.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
• Experience developing full-stack enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring developers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes.
• Experience with automated testing.

Education
