Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Angular Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Angular (Version 10+ preferred), Spring Boot, REST API Development, and API Integration. This role requires both hands-on development and technical leadership, working closely with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to deliver scalable and high-performing applications.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications using Angular and Spring Boot.
• Architect and develop responsive, reusable, and scalable front-end components using Angular.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot.
• Lead API integration efforts with internal and external enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Establish coding standards, development best practices, and application architecture guidelines.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Support CI/CD implementation, application deployment, and production releases.
• Create and maintain technical design documents, API specifications, and development standards.

 

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading development teams or serving in a technical lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Angular (Angular 10+ preferred).
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Java-based application development.
• Strong expertise in REST API Development and API Integration.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful web services.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
• Experience with front-end development using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong SQL and database development experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
