Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Python coding/development and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.

 

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python programming and advanced coding
• Extensive experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AI orchestration frameworks
• Experience working with Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, etc.)
• Strong experience in developing REST APIs and Microservices
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience leading AI/ML projects and mentoring engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
• Build and implement enterprise-grade RAG-based applications
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources and applications
• Work closely with business and technical teams to define AI solutions
• Optimize AI model performance, scalability, and reliability
• Follow best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams

Experience Required

• 10+ years of overall software engineering experience
• 5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience
• Proven experience delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions
• Strong expertise in Python and RAG implementations
