Job Description: 

We are seeking experienced AI Engineers to support a large retail client’s enterprise AI roadmap. This role focuses on designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and modern LLM architectures.

 

Key Responsibilities:
      Build GenAI applications using AWS Bedrock
        Develop LLM solutions (chatbots, summarization, recommendations)
          Implement RAG architectures and prompt engineering
            Integrate AI solutions with retail systems (POS, CRM, e-commerce, supply chain)
              Fine-tune foundation models for business use cases


              Required Skills:
                  Strong experience with AWS Bedrock
                    Hands-on Generative AI/LLM development experience
                      Python programming
                        Experience with RAG frameworks and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, OpenSearch)
                          Knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, IAM)

                           

                          Preferred:
                              Retail domain experience
                                LangChain or similar frameworks
                                  MLOps / CI-CD exposure

                                      The  is a senior individual contributor (IC) responsible for driving high-impact insights and scalable analytics capabilities across the ecommerce business. This is an Adobe Analytics-first role that bridges the gap between deep-dive behavioral analysis, technical data problem-solving, and analytics product development.Technical Manager, Digital Experience & Analytics

                                      Functioning as a strategic partner to the organization, this person will own complex analyses that identify growth opportunities and improve the customer journey. This role is intentionally more technical than a traditional analyst role, requiring the ability to operate independently across the data supply chain, from debugging front-end implementation to querying raw data feeds, to ensure data-driven decision-making at scale.

                                          3. Analytics Productization & Reporting
                                            : Design and maintain automated, cross-source reporting frameworks in Scalable DashboardsAdobe Analysis Workspace and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
                                            Data Democratization: Standardize KPIs and methodologies to improve the accessibility and usability of analytics for non-technical business owners.

                                            4. Cross-functional Partnership & Operations
                                              Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to evaluate the performance of initiatives and define measurement strategies for new features.
                                              Intake Management: Manage the prioritization of analytics requests, ensuring the team stays focused on the highest-impact business questions.
                                              Process Improvement: Maintain documentation of workflows and SDRs (Solution Design Reference) to improve overall analytics governance and tool usability.

                                               

                                              Experience and Skills You’ll Bring:
                                                Experience: 5–8+ years in digital analytics, specifically within an ecommerce or product analytics environment.
                                                 Advanced, hands-on mastery of Adobe Expertise:Adobe Analytics (both Workspace analysis and implementation logic).
                                                Technical Proficiency: Strong SQL skills and experience working with semi-structured data and Adobe Data Feeds.
                                                Front-End Knowledge: Expertise in debugging analytics via browser network calls and data layers; familiarity with Tag Management Systems (e.g., Ensighten, Tealium, GTM).
                                                Strategic Communication: Proven ability to translate complex, technical data into a clear narrative for non-technical stakeholders.
