Looking for experienced SFDC Business Analyst to join onsite team at Palo Alto, CA.
Profile and Experience
· Strong experience managing end to end business process execution of Salesforce SalesCloud or MarketingCloud Projects.
· Strong experience with project management and delivering enterprise scale projects.
· Strong functional knowledge of Sales and Marketing Functions specifically in the B2B vertical.
· Minimum 2 years' experience as a Salesforce Administrator or SalesForce App Builder.
· Effective communication skills to interface across a multinational business environment.
· Strong experience with ticket/issue management, preferably in JIRA.
· Extensive experience creating workflows and project documentation.
· Experience working in an Agile project environment.
· Schedule flexibility to cover global time zones.
· Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
· IT and Business process management.
· Requirements management - Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gain deep knowledge of business requirements, gather and document clear requirements for end to end process execution.
· Work across teams to ensure requirements are executed as expected.
· Work with IT and business Product Owners on Sprint Planning and Execution, backlog grooming.
· Manage Project Dashboards and Reports.
· Write UAT requirements and test applications.
· Project Planning / Resource Planning.
· Project meetings, Capture meeting notes / follow up on action items.
· Raise risks / issues to stakeholders and ensure resolution.
· Provide weekly /as required status report to key stakeholders.
