Hi Everyone,

I am currently seeking a high-caliber Sr. ETL Automation Engineer for a long-term contract engagement in North Quincy, MA. This role is specifically for a technical lead who can bridge the gap between traditional Data Validation and modern SDET-level Automation.

Our client is looking for a "Data Developer in Test" who is comfortable writing Core Java to solve complex data challenges and is eager to implement AI-based testing solutions.

Core Requirements:

• Experience: 7+ Years in ETL Testing & Data Warehousing.
• Automation: Expert-level Selenium with Java (Building frameworks, not just running scripts).
• Programming: Strong Core Java (JDBC, Collections, API validation).
• Database: Advanced SQL (Window functions, CTEs, performance tuning).
• Preferred: Exposure to AI-based testing tools or using GenAI/LLMs for test data and script generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated ETL testing frameworks using Java.
• Validate complex data transformations across large-scale databases.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Explore and implement AI/ML tools to improve test efficiency and data profiling.
