Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Developer to design, build, and optimize real-time customer engagement solutions. The role involves developing next-best-action strategies, decisioning logic, and customer journeys leveraging Pega’s CDH platform. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver personalized and intelligent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement solutions using Pega CDH to enable personalized, real-time customer engagement.
Build and configure Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, adaptive models, decision strategies, and arbitration logic.
Work with Pega Decision Management features including NBA Designer, Predictive Analytics, Adaptive Decisioning, and Customer Profile Designer.
Integrate Pega CDH with enterprise systems, marketing platforms, and data sources.
Configure Engagement Policies, Treatments, Channels, and Context Dictionary.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups).
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into Pega CDH technical solutions.
Optimize decision strategies by analyzing performance and leveraging AI/ML models.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega decisioning, integrations, and performance.
Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and governance models.
Support testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT) and deployment processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience with Pega Platform, including Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub).
Strong knowledge of Pega Decisioning Components: Strategies, NBA Designer, Engagement Policy, Treatments, and Predictive Analytics.
Experience with Customer Journeys and Real-Time Containers.
Understanding of data models, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration mechanisms in Pega.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
Experience integrating CDH with customer channels (web, mobile, call center, email, SMS, marketing automation tools).
Exposure to cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
