Job Title: Oracle CPQ Lead
Location: Remote/Pennsylvania, PA
Duration: 12 Months (Contract)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Lead to support a large enterprise implementation and optimisation initiative for our client based in Pennsylvania. The consultant will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle CPQ solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, sales operations teams, and technical architects. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle CPQ, and the ability to drive end-to-end CPQ initiatives in a remote engagement model.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle CPQ solutions aligned with business and sales process requirements.
Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, IT, and Business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable CPQ solutions.
Configure and manage product catalogue, pricing rules, configuration models, and quoting workflows within Oracle CPQ.
Provide technical and functional leadership to the implementation team, including developers and analysts.
Drive solution architecture, best practices, and governance for CPQ implementations and enhancements.
Integrate Oracle CPQ with enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP, CRM (Salesforce or similar), and other downstream platforms.
Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT), deployment planning, and production support.
Identify opportunities to improve sales automation, quoting accuracy, and deal cycle times.
Document solution designs, configurations, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Oracle CPQ implementations.
Proven experience working as a CPQ Lead or Solution Architect on enterprise projects.
Strong experience with Oracle CPQ configuration, BML scripting, commerce processes, pricing rules, and product modelling.
Experience integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM and ERP platforms.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Experience leading remote/onshore project teams and interacting with senior business stakeholders.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in large enterprise or multi-region CPQ implementations.
Knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle ERP Cloud, or other enterprise CRM/ERP integrations.
Experience supporting sales transformation or quote-to-cash initiatives.
