Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong payment systems experience to join our technology team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications that integrate with payment gateways, financial services APIs, and transaction processing systems. This role requires deep expertise in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, payment processing, and secure transaction handling.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core / .NET Framework, and ASP.NET.
• Build and maintain payment processing integrations with gateways and financial platforms.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support payment and transaction workflows.
• Work with payment protocols, transaction processing, and settlement systems.
• Implement secure payment solutions following PCI compliance standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and architects to deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to payment processing and transaction systems.
• Optimize system performance and ensure high availability of payment services.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in .NET development.
• Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Web API.
• Hands-on experience with payment processing systems.
• Experience integrating with payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.Net).
• Knowledge of PCI-DSS compliance and secure payment processing.
• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
• Knowledge of message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience in financial services or fintech industry.
• Familiarity with tokenization, fraud detection, and payment security practices.
