Job Title: UAT Analyst – Process/Change Management (NetSuite Implementation)

Duration : 9+ Months

Location : Remote (EST/CST Hours)

 

We are seeking a Process, Change Management, and UAT Analyst to support documentation, user acceptance testing, process adoption, and requirements coordination for a NetSuite reimplementation project.

Key Responsibilities

• Document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Assist with requirements gathering alongside the Finance / Accounting Lead.
• Coordinate UAT planning, test scripts, test execution, and defect tracking.
• Support change management activities, user readiness, and training documentation.
• Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and business-facing project materials.

 

Required Experience

• Experience supporting ERP, finance systems, or business transformation projects.
• Strong documentation and process-mapping skills.
• UAT coordination and defect tracking experience.

Ability to work with finance/accounting stakeholders and technical teams.
