Job Summary
This is a hands-on technical MDM Lead role responsible for the end-to-end implementation
of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience
delivering full lifecycle MDM projects, strong client-facing skills, and deep expertise in
Informatica MDM within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
 Lead and deliver end-to-end Master Data Management implementations, including:
o Data model design
o MDM Hub configuration
o Match & merge rules
o Performance tuning
o 360° configuration
 Drive full lifecycle MDM projects with a proven track record of successful
implementations.
 Work closely with customers, architects, and stakeholders to understand project
objectives, scope, and timelines.
 Provide hands-on leadership in MDM architecture, design, and implementation.
 Perform high-level architectural planning and develop proof of concepts (POCs)
when required.
 Develop solution outlines and support requirements gathering for MDM initiatives.
 Interface with business and IT stakeholders to identify issues and deliver effective
solutions.
 Support both onsite and remote collaboration with clients and consulting teams.

Technical & Functional Expertise
 Strong experience across ETL processes in the MDM domain, including:
o Batch and real-time integrations
o Performance tuning
 Deep knowledge of SDLC within the MDM domain.
 Expertise in:
o Master Data Management
o Data Quality
o Data Governance
o Data Integration
o ETL

o SOA
o Data Security

Required Skills & Experience
 10+ years of experience in the Information Management domain.
 Minimum 2–3 recent full lifecycle MDM implementations.
 Mandatory experience with Informatica MDM.
 Strong business and technical background in enterprise data management.
 Proven ability to architect, design, and implement scalable MDM solutions.
 Experience developing MDM and ETL solution architectures.
 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 This is a client-facing role requiring strong consulting capabilities.
