Job Description: Co-Pilot – Brainspark Knowledge AI Deployment & Customization

Objective
The Co-Pilot will partner with the team to deploy and customize BrainSpark, a GenAI-powered virtual assistant platform. The role focuses on enabling faster customer issue/query resolution for TAC support by leveraging a unified knowledge base of A10 proprietary information. This includes past issues, technical publications, setup guides, and data sources such as Jira, Bugzilla, and Salesforce (SFDC).
The Co-Pilot will play a key role in ensuring successful platform deployment, establishing a reusable framework, and laying the foundation for broader adoption across multiple Business Units and knowledge repositories.
Key Responsibilities
• Deployment & Customization
• Assist in configuring and deploying Incedo BrainSpark for TAC support.
• Support integration with multiple data sources (Jira, Bugzilla, SFDC, internal tech pubs, setup guides).
• Ensure smooth adoption and usability for support teams.
• Knowledge Base Management
• Contribute to the creation of a unified knowledge base by consolidating data from proprietary and external sources.
• Ensure structured, reusable, and scalable design to support future onboarding of additional Business Units and users.
• Platform Enablement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements for conversational AI-driven knowledge management.
• Support the development of a configurable Virtual Assistant (VA) framework for cross-functional usage.
• Participate in pilots, testing, and refinement cycles.
• Continuous Improvement
• Monitor adoption metrics and user feedback to refine and enhance BrainSpark capabilities.
• Recommend improvements to knowledge retrieval accuracy, response quality, and overall platform performance.
Qualifications
• Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, conversational AI, or knowledge management systems.
• Understanding of support processes in enterprise technology organizations (TAC, customer support).
• Exposure to tools like Jira, Bugzilla, Salesforce, and documentation repositories.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
