- In-depth experience with troubleshooting VMware and Windows problems.
- Thorough knowledge of and in-depth experience with performance monitoring, system testing, OS upgrade, and software patch Installation and testing in a VMware and Windows environment.
- Experience with standard server networking protocols.
- In-depth experience with medium to large-scale VMware and Windows environments.
- Experience with providing technical support.
- Experience working with and writing PowerShell scripting.
- Excellent communicative & collaborative skills
