Role- SAP S/4HANA 2023 EAM Team Lead (O&G)
Duration- 6+ Months contract
Location: Houston, TX – (hybrid.. not sure how much onsite is needed)

Required Experience: 10+ years SAP EAM/PM experience with at least 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations
Industry Expertise: Oil & Gas (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream, Turnarounds)
Experience with major O&G operators

Key Responsibilities:
Lead EAM functional consultants and developers
Design and configure SAP S/4HANA 2023 EAM solutions
Optimize asset lifecycle management processes
Collaborate with SAP Product teams for new functionality delivery
Implement predictive maintenance and IoT-oriented asset management
Integrate EAM/PM with IS-Oil, SAP Linear Asset Management, GES, MM, Finance, and SAP Fiori apps
Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, work orders, and mobile work execution
Ensure compliance with API, OSHA PSM, and environmental standards
Conduct workshops and blueprinting sessions with stakeholders

Required Skills:
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA 2023 EAM functionality and Fiori apps
Experience with Prometheus Mobility and Scheduling tools
Knowledge of Maintenance Plans, Technical Objects, BoMs, Measuring Points, Maintenance Orders, and Maintenance Strategy
SAP data migration experience
Leadership in project planning and stakeholder management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP EAM
Knowledge of SAP BTP
Experience with SAP Asset Performance Management (APM)
 Experience with SAP Spatial Asset Management
